Welcome to the
Illinois Learning Technology Purchase Program (ILTPP)

The ILTPP is a program developed by the LTC, ROE and ISC in response to needs assessment information provided by district personnel from around the state. The purpose of the voluntary program is to develop partnerships with suppliers to make available quality technology related products to Illinois K-12 educational facilities at discount pricing normally only available to larger entities.
ILTPP is a consortium of suppliers that have met specific guidelines and have been evaluated/approved by the ILTPP Advisory Committee.
