The Illinois Learning Technology Purchase Program (ILTPP) is a program that was jointly developed
by the Learning Technology Centers (LTC),Regional Office of Education (ROE) and Intermediate Service
Centers (ISC) in response to need assessment information provided by district personnel from around
the state. The purpose of this voluntary program is to develop partnerships with major suppliers to
make available quality educational software at negotiated discount pricing. This is a service available
to all K-12 schools in Illinois and increases our aggregate buying power.
The ILTPP is a consortium of suppliers that meet a set of guidelines and undergo a review process
by an Advisory Board consisting of LTC Directors and ISBE support.
To purchase educational software through the statewide contract and to ensure you are getting the lowest pricing,
you need to work directly with the Illinois Learning Technology Purchase Program. You may contact Karen Mueller,
Program Facilitator by phone at 217/892-2844, email
,
or fax 217/892-4637.
All purchase orders are to be made to the order of the ILTPP. Once the invoice is paid by CPS, the ILTPP
will pay the appropriate vendor(s).
All departments and schools are able to use the state contract as authorized through BR01-0822-PR2,
relevant for educational software purchases only.
