Welcome to the Illinois Learning Technology Purchase Program (ILTPP) web site.

The ILTPP is a program developed by the LTC, ROE and ISC in response to needs assessment information provided by district personnel from around the state. The purpose of the voluntary program is to develop partnerships with suppliers to make available quality technology related products to Illinois educational facilities at discounts, normally only available to larger entities.

ILTPP is a consortium of suppliers that have met specific guidelines and evaluated by the ILTPP Advisory Committee.
